\u00c9 muito dif\u00edcil dar um sim<\/em> ou um n\u00e3o<\/em> definitivo a essa pergunta.<\/p>\n

Vamos continuar assim e voc\u00ea ler\u00e1 at\u00e9 o final do post e entender\u00e1 o que \u00e9 melhor para voc\u00ea, combinado?<\/p>\n

Embora seja verdade que algumas pessoas cantam bem sem saber NADA sobre teoria, tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 verdade que TODAS as pessoas (quer j\u00e1 cantem bem ou n\u00e3o) se beneficiam do estudo da teoria musical.<\/p>\n

As pessoas que cantam bem sem ter estudado teoria s\u00e3o, na verdade, uma parte muito pequena da popula\u00e7\u00e3o mundial e s\u00e3o consideradas exce\u00e7\u00f5es. Vamos imaginar o seguinte: voc\u00ea est\u00e1 um pouco acima do peso e est\u00e1 procurando um m\u00e9dico para ajud\u00e1-lo a resolver o problema.<\/p>\n

O m\u00e9dico o aconselha a se exercitar regularmente e a seguir uma dieta (esses s\u00e3o apenas exemplos – pode haver outras causas para o excesso de peso….). Mas ent\u00e3o voc\u00ea se lembra do seu amigo John, que \u00e9 super magro, n\u00e3o faz exerc\u00edcios e come McDonald’s todos os dias.<\/p>\n

Ent\u00e3o, voc\u00ea diz ao m\u00e9dico que far\u00e1 o mesmo que seu amigo Jo\u00e3o. Podemos chamar isso de “Paradoxo do Jo\u00e3o” rs. Isso n\u00e3o \u00e9 razo\u00e1vel, certo? E se eu disser que h\u00e1 muitas pessoas que fazem isso com o canto? Em outras palavras, eles conhecem o “Jo\u00e3o da M\u00fasica” que n\u00e3o faz aulas, n\u00e3o estuda regularmente exerc\u00edcios de t\u00e9cnica vocal, n\u00e3o cuida da voz e n\u00e3o sabe nada de teoria, mas canta bem.<\/p>\n

Assim, essas pessoas decidem seguir o exemplo de Jo\u00e3o. O resultado: a maioria NUNCA consegue cantar bem e, \u00e0s vezes, at\u00e9 culpa o chamado “talento”.<\/p>\n

Devemos tratar as exce\u00e7\u00f5es como exce\u00e7\u00f5es e nunca como regra! Obviamente, a parte mais importante da teoria para o cantor \u00e9 o que chamamos de Percep\u00e7\u00e3o Musical (em ingl\u00eas, Ear Training). Com um ouvido bem treinado, por exemplo, podemos lidar com muitos problemas de afina\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Portanto, n\u00e3o importa o quanto voc\u00ea se dedique \u00e0s aulas e ao estudo da t\u00e9cnica vocal, talvez parte de sua incapacidade de cantar bem venha exatamente de um baixo n\u00edvel de treinamento auditivo. Voc\u00ea deve procurar aulas que ensinem isso (aqui no est\u00fadio tamb\u00e9m trabalhamos com teoria e percep\u00e7\u00e3o) ou, pelo menos, estudar sozinho.<\/p>\n

Compartilhei muitas dicas em outras publica\u00e7\u00f5es (confira o blog), mas n\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a de fazer o download do www.earmaster.com TODOS os dias<\/a>. Isso mudar\u00e1 sua vida! Algumas pessoas que chegam aqui no est\u00fadio tamb\u00e9m t\u00eam dificuldade com o ritmo.<\/p>\n

Eles perdem as entradas ou se perdem no meio da m\u00fasica, cantando mais r\u00e1pido ou mais devagar do que deveriam. O Ear Master aqui tamb\u00e9m ajuda e deve ser complementado com exerc\u00edcios de Solfejo R\u00edtmico (solfejo = leitura musical). Recomendo o Guia Te\u00f3rico e Pr\u00e1tico para o Ensino de Ditado Musical – Volumes 1 e 2<\/em>, de Ettore Pozzoli ( seu link na Amazon<\/a> ), que, al\u00e9m de ter uma boa explica\u00e7\u00e3o sobre ritmo no in\u00edcio, tamb\u00e9m tem uma s\u00e9rie de exerc\u00edcios pr\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n

Seja por dificuldade com a afina\u00e7\u00e3o ou com o ritmo, recomendo a todos um livro de teoria em geral, que \u00e9 o Theory of Music<\/em>, de Bohumil Med ( link para ele na Amazon<\/a> ). Acesse tamb\u00e9m o site www.musictheory.net<\/a>, que \u00e9 muito bom.<\/p>\n

O interessante de estudar teoria “pura” \u00e9 que isso torna a audi\u00e7\u00e3o muito mais f\u00e1cil. Por exemplo: se voc\u00ea sabe que determinada m\u00fasica \u00e9 em d\u00f3 maior e sabe como se forma uma escala maior, voc\u00ea j\u00e1 restringe o universo de notas que o cantor pode estar cantando naquele trecho e fica mais f\u00e1cil encontrar a nota que est\u00e1 errada.<\/p>\n

Um dos \u00fanicos cen\u00e1rios em que consigo pensar que algu\u00e9m n\u00e3o precisa estudar teoria \u00e9 se ele atender a todos esses requisitos:<\/p>\n

– N\u00c3O desejar trabalhar profissionalmente com m\u00fasica;<\/p>\n

– ser MUITO confiante na afina\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o errar notas, a menos que seja uma dificuldade de posicionamento vocal (por exemplo, uma nota muito aguda);<\/p>\n

– ser MUITO seguro no ritmo, n\u00e3o errar as entradas nem cantar mais devagar ou mais r\u00e1pido do que a m\u00fasica original pede. Mesmo que voc\u00ea se enquadre em TODOS esses par\u00e2metros ao mesmo tempo, voc\u00ea se beneficiaria muito com o estudo da Teoria!<\/p>\n

Qualquer pessoa interessada em \u00f3pera e teatro musical tamb\u00e9m deve estudar solfejo r\u00edtmico e mel\u00f3dico porque, \u00e0s vezes, s\u00f3 temos acesso \u00e0s partituras. E se voc\u00ea quiser trabalhar ou j\u00e1 trabalha com m\u00fasica popular ou cl\u00e1ssica, n\u00e3o h\u00e1 desculpa!
